I love this song. I didn't know it was their song. I love the Ronstadt version very much, but, of course, this original is so cool. This has more of an Irish feel to it by this Canadian duo. Glad to have discovered the original version. Love 'em both.
This song fascinates me. It is my favorite romantic song of all time. It is reality reminder that the force that keeps us humans moving is the magical experience of heart love and fear of heart ache...are they coming?
I'm saddened by that. She was born the same year as me. She's an Aquarian...life ends for us all on a physical level, but what you leave behind will always live. And she left us with a song that will last forever.
I don't why the masses consider such a beautiful production as if it was too avant-garde. That's why it didn't sit at the top of the charts. Above all, Super-Sisters.
haunting and euphonic..remembering hearing Linda Rondstadts version played many a time at local department stores and I never knew the actual title til much later. Incredibly underplayed song
Just wonderful. To my everlasting shame, I had the chance to be managed by these extraordinary women, back in S.F. in the early 70's, and I blew it by being an A-hole.They are so great.
Don't be hard on yourself, Paula. So hard to have the foresight about what we will feel in later years, when we opt for this and not that. Hope things went well for you in your life.
Love, love, where can you be? Are you out there looking for me? Love, love, where can you be? Love, I am waiting Heartbeats accelerating Will you come when all is still From the river or the hill Love, love, where can you be Love, I am waiting Heartbeats accelerating Will you come on a Saturday night Maybe then the time will be right Love, love, where can you be Love, I am waiting Heartbeats accelerating When you steal into my room What earthly body will you assume Love, love, where can you be Love, I am waiting Heartbeats accelerating Will you come on a Saturday night Maybe then the time will be right Love, love, where can you be Love, I am waiting Heartbeats accelerating Love, love, where can you be? Are you out there looking for me Love, love, where can you be Are you out there looking for me Love, I am waiting Heartbeats accelerating Love, I am waiting Heartbeats accelerating My love… I’m waiting!
@@real_Dark_Star Yes, but they are Irish Canadian. Their music is influenced by their Irish heritage. It's mentioned in their wikipedia page that they were influenced by their Irish and French Canadian background. And the song "I eat dinner" sounds very Irish.
