Just rediscovered Kate Bush after hearing her song on a “Stranger Things” rerun. Wuthering Heights was really one of the first songs of the “Glam Rock” genre during those “disco days.” She really is an amazing talent, wish they had a “TMWH Day” here in NYC! 😎

I would have been the odd one out in the sea of red dresses. I would have dressed in her iconic white dress and stood out in the crowd of red dresses. And danced as if I was in the video of her white dress. I would have changed the whole trajectory of red dancing up in the moors where Heathcliff and Kathy would run and play in. Omg, I love this song. With tears of nostalgia.

Really authentic reaction, and I learned of the Annual Kate Bush appreciation groups all over the world, made me grin with a smile. The White version looks like it was made for 'Top of the Pops' ! It would be typical of the BBC to use the-then-latest television special effects - because they wanted to show their technology without consideration of the art I am glad Kate remade it and did the Red version, I think she writes, sings and performs her unique original style of choreography. She's a Gem. 'A Woman's Work' by Kate Bush would be a worthy song to react to - if you do, it's worth checking the back story to the song first. Shane, thanks again for the reaction
I produced and directed the film. It was made before the video. The reason the second was made was Kate hated the filmed version. It would be good if people got hte facts right.

I recognise that your interests are only to increase your subscriptions for monetising. First, you know little about this film as you were not party to it. Second, it only became the official version when it became apparent that it was more popular than the "white dress" version. Three, Kate chose the dress. Four Salisbury plain was chosen as the budget did not provide sufficient funds to locate in any preferred location. Salisbury plain was used as it was on the ay to another shoot. You profit from your use of other peoples material, so just be grateful. Have you nothing more socially useful to do than just be a parasite?
