@@squeakywheelprod1 you may be right. I will have to check in slow mo. I think this is a case of both athletes colliding with each other by both running in too narrow of a space both trying to claim at the finish line at the last moment full of steam . so they cancel out each other , although the announcers implied that Great no call. Judging from all their previous races as perfect sportsmanship. I don't think either intentionally tried to impede the other. But I could be wrong

@@Tigerex966 I agree. Rose left space for Grace on the rail and Grace leaned through it at the line which caused her to lose balance when she made incidental contact with Rose. It was Grace’s own fault she fell and she didn’t affect Rose’s progress in any way and Rose didn’t intentionally knock her to the side. Glad it was a no call.
