I feel like there's an intimacy between them which i absolutely love but do agree there does seem to be less physical intimacy this season. I myself love how their relationship has evolved. I'm not a physically intimate person so the dynamic between them really resonates with me. I also feel like overall this season as a whole for all the characters has been missing something that the previous seasons had. I think that is partially due to the strike and the shortened season which sucks. I would have rather waited a year for a full well rounded season like the past 2 than have something that is rushed. I'll take it regardless but still. Fingers crossed for a renewal so that the whole crew can get back on solid footing and give us the well rounded show we are used to.
Yes, the show definitely should have worked more on this relationship and more time together, out of work. This season was really less for Kate and Lucy but they are great together on my opinion
I think somehow the show really never put to much on their relationship, if we really look at they have been most of the time apart and scenes are very superficial. They “chemistry” looks like that too but there are chemistry between them definitely. Should have been worked for the writers on scenes

I really like this couple and think they’re adorable but I see where you’re coming from. It’s times like this where I wish for more queer casting in sapphic shows lol I think there would be more nuance that only few straight people can seem to portray.
if CBS cut them becuz of the closeness and intimicy of these 2 gorgeous wahines....somebody is SERIOUSLY thinking these women ARE LGBTQ which they are NOT!
What happened to the two Lucy on last week no Kate and Kate on no Lucy. The closeness end after season one. Not clowning LL Cool, why is he getting all the screen time.
