Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, made a rare appearance on Sunday at the Crathie church near Balmoral Castle in Scotland alongside her husband, Prince William, amid her ongoing health issues. NBC’s Meagan Fitzgerald reports for TODAY.

@@angelwings7930 I think Kate unfortunately does have cancer. Charles would never put up with Kate or anyone dumping their royal duties because Charles has slimmed down the monarchy and greatly needs help. Most of all the nurses and doctors wouldn't go along with the scheme. The doctors would lose their licenses. In my opinion maybe Kate will come back to her royal duties just in time to get her crown and title of Queen? Who knows?

@@JoanMorrison-vq2jc I think her problem is mental rather than “cancer”. Charles is giving it room because she mentally ill. That’s why he’s putting up with her.

@@angelwings7930 Maybe you are correct because the palace does not want another unstable Diana or their hands. I still disagree though because again the doctors and nurses would have to go along with this. Another thing is that Kate got into a bit of trouble when she took a picture of her children and she rearranged the picture. Calling out CANCER will really drag anyone's name through the mud!! I'm hoping she is healthy and healing. 🎉🎉🎉

Weil Camilla (keine Königin ist und je sein wird) die geehelichte Geliebte von Charls, sich das C von Catherine genommen hat. Katherine statt Catherine wurde ihr abverlangt. Ist das schon ein Unding von einer nicht standesgemäßen Geliebten die den Königsanwärter geheiratet hat. Im übrigen musste Elisabeths Onkel genau deshalb ABDANKEN. @@dil2370 They have so many vacations. Like Holidays at Balmoral, mystique island, Sandringham, ect. Since Kate was diagnosed they are doing even less. Not even one video to promote cancer awareness or any charity functions for her cancer. They have so much potential but barely do anything with it

They raise millions for their charities and patronages and attend hundreds of engagements to promote good causes each year. They deserve their vacation time like everyone else. Having a Monarch and Royal Family is worth every penny and a lot cheaper than having a president and all their entourage and hangers-on.

If they (RF) are attending church, I hope they are sincerely seeking God to help them forgive estranged family and to purify their hearts. If their appearance is for "show", it profits no one. There should be an outward and inward change. If not, just going is hypocrisy. Holding on to grudges, hatred, biases, anger, etc. will sicken the body. True healing comes inwardly when we release such transgressions and move onwards showing love and compassion for all. At the end of our journey in life, the acquisition of earthly things, titles, money, etc. will not matter; heck you can't take it with you. However, of those left behind it will be the memories of how you treated others and/or how you impacted their lives. That's what get recorded in history.
