@GTS FanFics She is graduating from UCLA gymnastics, which is college gymnastics and this is her senior year. That doesn’t mean she is going to stop being a gymnast.
Her personality on the floor and how she grabs each audience member is amazing. Hope she gets involved with younger gymnasts. Let's carry on this skill-level into the next generation.
У неё такая сильная хоризма. В ней есть что-то такое, что нет ни у кого. Да, кто-то даже лучше сделает упражнение, но... Это не передать так, как у неё получается. Просто супер!!! 🙈🙉🙊👍👏🇷🇺
Sad how time flies, i remember her in 2016 being the newbie, not really having this joy and confidence , always wanted her to be a successful elite but im so happy for her now ..enjoyed watching her these past few years in UCLA ..miss val too ...
Katelyn Ohashi is a GREAT gymnast. She's one of my favorites, along with Christine Peng Peng Lee and the awe inspiring Kyla Ross, earning 22 perfect 10s. Thank you ladies for the many wonderful years of stellar gymnastics. Hope to see you coaching soon.
Yes she indeed left by choice. You should look up her videos in elite gymnastics, she was amazing but she was and looking so unhappy. Comparing by how full of joy she looks now she definitely made the right decision ❤️
She didn't leave the elite because of the injury she left because she lost her joy ,because she was fatshamed by her trainers,,trainers trainers told that she looked like a pig or a bird who couldn't fly anymore.
@@rileyroo2381 In a interview she said when she hurt her back and shoulder it was het opportunity to leave Elite Gymnastics. She was so unhappy. Its only when she went to UCLA and was coached by Miss Val, is when she found her love for gymnastics again. Those are hee words.
I can see why the best would want to train under Valerie Kondos Field. Unlike other coaches who just throw orders she coaches the whole human being. Marta and Bela just cared about the wins.
She's the best in the world. Look at all her videos. Beautiful performance and her hard work proves it. Big 🤗 with smiles. Incredible young lady. ❤😎👍🇺🇸
She’s definitely the best…just perfect…I wish we could see more of her…but that’s life…best of everything to you my friend…you’re superrr!!!!!👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍 you are a perfect example that you should always do what you like in life…go for your dreams….and don’t listen to the nasty evil people that are always ready to discourage you…the best to you…👍👍👍
She was perfect and majestic and amazing, the best in the world and beautiful , strong , the best in the world on the planet . Perfect . You will never be able to find anyone as good as her in the world .

Katelyn Ohashi, her positive attitude, talent and effervescence. Will be missed, may she take strengths on in life , being so special, that she serves as a role model and a mentor to others
This is what I hope to find in gymnastics, Confidence in my skills, and overall enjoying it more I'm leaving compulsory this year to do that, I love my coach But on a hard day I just want to practice without being poked and picked at I think she is a great coach If I don't have to have her everyday I am switching to Excel Silver I have a good friend over their Along with people more my age Hope for the best 🤸🏼♀️:-)
Katelyk, eres EXTRAOOOORDINARÍA, ÚNICA Y ADEMAS MUY HERMOSISISIMA. Eres digna representante de las Mujeres . Jóvenes, con talento, Espíritu de SUPERACIÓN. Eres U N I C A H E R M O S A
Первый раз увидела просто шедевр а теперь в непонятках одна и та же программа а визжал как будто первый раз ей самой уже надоело тогда было весело задорно улыбка настоящая а сейчас дежурный оскал не выдержала настучала
So in college gymnastics, women show emotion during the routine, encourage the crowd to get involved, and have an almost alluring way about them. They're having fun and want everyone else to join in on it. In elite gymnastics, the girls/women show little to no emotion, generally do not show any indication that they are having fun, and they certainly never acknowledge the crowd before or during a routine. It is also devoid of any sexiness. When I watch college gymnasts, I feel like the gymnasts themselves are running the show and are full collaborators with their coaches. In elite, the gymnasts seem to be much less in control of things and have to go "by the book." I get the impression that they're doing what they're told. The elite gymmast's worth is in her score, period. The college gymnasts take a more holistic approach to the sport and each element is not as important as the overall performance. I understand that college gymnastics is not at Olympian level, but I wish the holistic approach could be incorporated into elite gymnastics. I wish the athletes ccould express themselves and have more say in things. If they did, it would change tthe sport for the better and empower these athletes. It would make what Larry Nasser got away with doing all those years a lot less likely as well.
