This scene is so sad 😭 Nadia spent her entire life looking for her mother just to die from a werewolf bite once she reunited with her. It’s heartbreaking as hell, and she was also killed off too fast bc the growing relationship between mother and daughter could’ve been such a great storyline. But no, of course the writers have to kill off every new character once we’re just getting to know them. Such a waste of potential! I love TVD, but that was really annoying for me
Nah this actress has an eastern european vibe that is necessary for Nadia with Nina/Katherine also being Bulgarian. She was well suited for the role. Nadia wasn’t meant to be a doppelgänger so a perfect look alike actress isn’t the point.
Oh this is sad, I was always a fan of the “The main characters always win” but not when it comes to Katherine! And it actually doesn’t make sense that she got killed. They made Katherine do behavior and decisions that weren’t in her character at all. And just because this rule “The mane characters always win” she got killed. I don’t know but It hurt me because she really is my favorite character of this show , the others are boring! I mean, she's 500 years old, with so much experience in manipulating others, I'm sure she could have saved herself again . Plus, she spent 150 years without Stefan, so I'm certain that even if she were to leave him now for a little while, it wouldn't be a problem. And throughout her entire life, she was haunted by the fact that she never saw her daughter. When her daughter finally found her, Katherine should have run away with her at the first opportunity. And. I'm sure she would have done it, but no, 'she's a villain and should be killed',… as I said unfortunately the main characters always win😢
I am so mad that there was this smart, badass, and incredibly cunning woman who managed to survive the worst life had to offer, and they made her boy obsessed. She died because she wanted a boyfriend. Wtf?! And then she was given an option to survive and she chose to willingly walk to her death to say goodbye to her dying daughter, tell her she loves her, and give her a good death, and she goes to hell even though characters that did worse like Klaus, you know the guy who ruined her life in the first place, were able to get peace because they died with love in their hearts. The writing here was really sloppy.
She took a life of a girl at the ball for no reason. Even if “I can do anything and unalive anyone to survive” logic is used, her passing was pointless. Katherine wasn’t good.
@@katarina5233 But I didn’t say she was good; I only mentioned that I love her character because she’s so incredibly realistic. I love when characters change. Look at her-she literally changed by 180 degrees. She went from being an innocent girl to becoming everyone’s worst nightmare. I love these kinds of characters. But she still had humanity inside her. There were a few scenes where this showed. The scene where she saw her family’s portrait broke me. But then the writers ruined her character.

@@vaishnavijha6153The last thing Katherine decided to do on her death bed was steal Elenas body, and even in her death she still tried to destroy mystic falls. Damon was about to sacrifice himself to save mystic falls until Stefan did it. At least he was doing good while he was still alive. And I can't entirely say much about Klaus because I haven't watched ll of the originals yet
@@rosita3528 yeah Damon wanted to good at the last. Doesn't mean all bad things he did throughout the show was good. The writers wanted Katherine ' s end to be bad that's it.
I know some of u may find this wrong. But i really found this unfair that KLAUS got peace but kath didn't. He did worse things than her. But writers decided to give him peace and not kath. They should have at least included a scene where kath and nadia both meet in afterlife and find peace together. The endind if tvd really pissed me off.
Difference between the two is that he decided to do better and put his daughter before anything else. Katherine could only put Nadia first when she was on he death bed.
Katherine was just a love soul at first but when nadia was taken away from her and she ran away from klaus , she basically refused to think about her past and acted impulsively and everything but inside she was just a 17 year old girl who was lost and needed love
