You need to fire your sound person and get someone who actually knows what they're doing because the audio was absolute shite. Way too echoey and the background music was too loud.

How about coaching or mentoring the sound technician, rather than "firing"? No need to threaten someone's livelihood everytime something or someone irritates you.

If you got amateur-skilled technician promising you to do a professional job with professional pay, you will be fired and SHOULD be fired. Go train somewhere else as an intern. Don't sell professional tariff and professional skill if you can't do the job.

I adore Katherine Ryan. She's so good at what she does. Enjoyed this interview. And yes, I think Celine is great but I still thought her Rene bit was hilarious. I usually enjoy stand comedy that is a bit edgy. If I had to choose looking at Ellen DeGeneres' last special and Katherine Ryan's... there's no competition. I've watched both but Katherine is just funnier because she is edgier. I just hope Netflix gives Katherine a new show soon cuz I'm waiting and I know i'm not the only one!

When you're this real and witty, you have to be smart too. I appreciate that about her the most I think. The fact that she is smart enough to be thís real with people. That's when comedy truely has added value beyond entertainment. Great stuff!

Sorry, audio engineer...that boom mic isn't hacking it. In the future, put a mic ON her person/body (a lavalier or lapel mic, please, so we can hear what she's saying). Also, you can turn DOWN that background music (who thought intrusive background music was a good idea?).

Good idea. But anyone whose been coached & mentored for poor performance wherever I worked spiralled down & got worse! ( I do 1 year maternity cover contracts all over the place). The end is nigh when someone needs that tbh.

What I like most abt her is that she has an american accent with an english vocabulary, it's interesting to hear from a native english speaker (because where I'm from, sinvce we're a commonwealth country, we learn the English's vocab but a lot end up growing up with american accents because we hear pronounciation through american media, but we're an asian country and I seldom see any mative english speaker have the combination)
