+ Yooo, as someone whom has been a casual fan of hers since her Reality Show series. I can tell you that Kathy is a rare unicorn in hollywood. Sure her brand of humor isnt for everybody. But one of the things that I noticed early on was that Kathy is such a hard worker. The woman literally would not turn down a job no matter how small it was. And she has noted that was a lesson learned from her parents whom grew up in Chicago amid the Great Depression of the 1930's.

Never liked her and always thought she was corny af but this interview has given me an entirely new perspective. Kathy is very smart, well spoken, and assertive. She seems to have the same personality on and off stage and I love it!
capricorns1st she's also a sweetheart, if you watch her show My Life On a the D-List you get too see her daily life and see all the fun things she does but you also see her doing tons of charity work and helping charity's and causes. Her mother Maggie is honestly an icon heheh she loves drinking boxed wine and her catchphrase is "Tip It" lol.

Its crazy we don't know or recognize the gems of our history. 😍 Eartha Kitt was beautiful and a BadAsss. 👉 The Woman was literally birthed on a plantation and actually became world famous! I knew about the LEGENDARY Ms. Eartha Kitt as a matter of fact my Father took me to see Miss Kitt in her Return to Broadway in the Play Timbuktu in which when she came out on the Stage received a 15minute Standing Ovation, from the Audience before she said a LINE!! So, I know who Eartha Kitt Is. As much as I Love Kathy Griffin... She is NO Eartha Kitt.
Andy Cohen sucks as her replacement for the New Years show. I tried watching it and after 2mins have to change the channel he really sucks compared to Kathy. Might be personal taste but she is definitely much funnier than Cohen.

Kathy Griffin is one of the few comedians that I actually find funny. She’s just so natural, and it comes through with ease. Very fast wit, which tells you she’s really just talking, and not necessarily telling you a joke, but she’s funny.
I’m so happy they gave her a platform to tell her story and really supported her!!! She’s a white women who stands up for people of color and the lgbtq community and got cast out for speaking against hatred and bigotry! The industry need more white women like her who aren’t afraid to stand up for what’s right and speak the fucking truth!

I didn't realize so many ppl didn't know about eartha kitt. I learned from my great granddaddy and granddaddy and then I watched something about her life story where they mentioned it briefly.
I've known about the Ertha Kitt story. She made the President's wife cry (poor her) and for that reason was not able to find work in the US and had to live in the UK for decades. Joephine Baker had a similar story.
I didn't realize until this week, haha! I don't watch them much but it was regarding some former Disney cast. Apparently the bounty hunter's called dude the n word, and I thought; why isn't that the title of the video?
