She doesn't deserve to have Peter as he's a high quality person and she isn't on his level. She had her chance and fucked off with someone else. Now she's regretting it realizing she lost someone pretty special/decent. It's her own fault, she put him through hell and now has ruined the possibility of them ever reuniting ever again.
