Its really a very nice video. But i have one doubt regarding from the boys side. For example girl is from a middle class family and having 26 years of age, working as a software professional and earning 3-4 lakhs per annum. For the boys this is a super profile. But most of the girls families are expecting that the boy should be 26-28 years old and earning around 10-20 lakhs per annum or he should stay in Foreign. Now a days you all are seeing that how difficult to get a job for normal guy then how can they earn 10-20 lakhs per annum if they studied in a normal colleges. If the girls expectations continue like this no boy will be going to marry in future. one great persons words share with U all Obviously, in India there is an inherent bias towards women especially these days, if u see the gender biased towards men in society is completely changing in urban and middle and high income families ,it completely shifted to women side, for example take the scenario in home itself if there is a boy and girl in same family usually well educated,or higher middle class or high income class they try to raise girls in such a way that even did not allow girls to take simple domestic works , everything they want will be at their feet,they take care of their daughter so preciously that for the same mistake they treat son differently from daughter. They never scold them, even if u see in school for the same mistake they treat boys differently and girls differently they used to beat boys like anything or at least abuse them badly but they go soft on girls and advise them not to repeat it again, even society , individual and state believe the girls words as gospel truth, the moment girl accuses some one of molestation and rape he immediately becomes a rapist and molester in the eyes of his friends, society and state , even laws kept the complete onus on boys to prove his innconce it is nothing guilty until proven innocent, even after proving girls falsely accuses no court ,law, state punishes them they walks away freely in domestic violence cases ,rape , molestation cases. If a male commits suicide either because of wife torture or girl friend cheating him ,nothing happens to girls and everyone scold guy for not thinking about his parents but in the reverse scenario every one gets furious and tries to lynch the boy, there are so many mob lynching cases because of false rape cases, At least the law need to be changed even if society does not ,society change takes so much time we need to change soany things, education system, inherent bias in society, etc, everyone says both are equal but it is limited to only previliges but not responsibilies, take example we have reservations in higher color jobs for women but not in manual scavengers in urban drianage cleaning, mines etc. Even if a women beats a boy it is seen as empowerment and everyone makes fun of it ,if the boy beats back he is women beater / wife beater. The sexual harrassment, rape, domestic violence on men is joke for many. There is so much of pressure on urban middle class men that they have to work hard and earn seat in IIT, nit, etc and have to get a good job and a house then only they gets marriage , dowry is illegal but alimony is legal and that too only men has to give , if women are equal to men especially educated women. Why they are taking alimony, even in marriage proposal 3 lakh salary women always want 10+ lakh salary men is not bias in the society. There are so many things need to be changed the inherent bias need to be changed, all I talked baout now scenario in urban and middle class ,higher income families ,the scenario completely changes if we go rural and orthodox ,poor communities, there the whole power vests with men because of social environment and lack of empowerment of women,unlike urban women they don't know laws, system , benefits ,schemes to them , even if they know they fear the society boycott for going against it, the real un balance of power is their they face all kinds of abuse physical, sexual ,emotional, financial, etc To balance the scenario we have to empower rural women financially, socially through schemes like beti bachav beti padav, mnrega, mudra, SHG, ETC which at least shifts the power balance and also we need to create more responsible laws and make sure the false accusers are punished and compensation need to be paid to false accusers because they lost dignity, year of life, job, social status ,money because of false cases.
