ingredients
FOR DOUGH
*1.5 cups whole wheat flour
*1/4 Cup semolina/ suji
*1.5 tsp salt or to taste
*1 tsp carom seeds
*1/2 tsp black pepper powder
*1/4 cup oil
*1/2 cup chilled water
FOR STUFFING-
* one cup boiled chickpeas
*2 boily potatoes
*4 tbsp onion (optional)
* 4 tbsp tomatoes
*green chilli
*Raita Bundi
*Namak para
*namkeen as per your taste
*4 tbsp pomegranate seeds
*3 tbsp chopped paneer
* black salt to taste
*roasted cumin powder
* black pepper powder
* Kashmiri Lal mirch
*fresh coriander leaves
*4 tbsp curd
*2 tbsp tamarind chutney
*2-3 tbsp mint chutney
*lemon juice
*oil for frying
