As a long time fan of black comedy, I think it’s time for all of the black comedians to stop the beefing and start honing their craft. Seriously. As most people are saying, the specials are just not funny. From Katt to Monique to Mike Epps to Tiffany Haddish and others. There is a lot of criticism about Kevin Hart not being that funny but he’s focused, got a great team, good infrastructure and work ethic that is pushing him way past his contemporaries. Kevin will be greater than his peers in the end because he is focused on being great and being positive. A successful Life is about positive energy strategy and discipline. Katt and others need to concentrate on their craft and finish their careers strong and successful before all their great accomplishments are forgotten by focusing on too much nonsense. Be great!

Some of these comedy specials are turning into seminars

The only reason why people didn’t like it is because he wasn’t talking about other people like he did on Club Shay Shay. They were expecting more comedian bashing but got disappointed. You know our people love drama smdh.

People are so hooked on gossip and trash talking each other to the point they don’t want to be educated. Katt is Katt and he did a great job. This was on youtube so a lot of us seen it already. People really need to listen and take this 💩 serious. Katt risks his life spilling the beans for people to just look for giggles and laughs. It’s coded so listen to understand our problem!

The truth of the matter is that Katt & Netflix rushed this special due to Katts viral interview with Club Shay Shay in the forefront it was all a money grab - cause usually Katt take two or three years to prep for a new special but he just went in the wind with this one - he had already had his "World War III" special literally last year

I chuckled. Some jokes seemed repeated. I didn't like the stage set up or the songs and vids he played. They just didn't do anything for the show really. He cussed a lot and for the 1st time it wasn't funny.

Katt is consistent. I believe the negative reviews are coming from young people & his “new” fans from his interview. His standup always involves politics & he has the same delivery & comedic style. His true fans enjoyed it

I got the impression that Netflix just wanted to capitalize on the Club Shay Shay momentum and drop something/anything from Katt. Didn't seem like it was carefully curated or planned as compared to his past specials. Not the worst special I've ever seen, but not the best either.

People criticized some of Chappelles specials. Katt has been the same guy. People today or so phoney. You can't please everyone. Some people just want to be negative.

I’m a huge Katt fan, I was disappointed. Half the jokes I already saw him perform via short videos on RU-vid. This was an opportunity to silence everyone, instead he use recycled jokes. I expected more from Katt, hopefully next time he’ll slay the dragon 🐉.

I think Katt just sold that set from the tour to Netflix, but let the viewers think it was gonna be new material. Which was possibly a strategic market move. But he definitely is taking a risk to lose viewers if he doesn't come back with something strong soon

I tried to tell people that his last "3" shows were really bad, so this wasn't surprising = he stirred the pot, to get attention because he knew people wouldn't like it over the long-term

I went to see him in Indianapolis and he performed the exact same act. It was trash. And it also was cut short due to a fight that broke out in the audience. He immediately cut the show short , said thanks for coming out n walked off, 20 min into his act. Imagine paying full price tickets for that.
