No, he is saying Tory shot her. Because Tory tries to "play" that her best friend did, but he never want to say it or testify to it so it's on the record and lawyers etc can prove him wrong. He never went up on the stand to defend himself. Meaning "he did it".

It's all true, Katt came to Philly and was with Beanie Sigel the day before his show, and giving out a check to everybody on the Block. He's Fur coat to a old lady. He didn't leave until he gave everything. It's on RU-vid just like Boosie, when he got out of jail Katt treated him and gave him a rack. There is a hundred stories about Katt, But he don't do it to be seen.

His special isn't doing that well and Corey Holcomb has already admitted he's not even attempting to be funny on stage in clubs these days, just smoking and chatting shit. He said he's been like that for a while but didn't mention it till Chapelle started on Katt. Cant just dismiss it all as hate and jealousy, that's no comeback at all. Katt is a million times funnier than Chapelle to me. Chapelle is too hung up on race.

What's crazy is Kevin Hart first sitcom was Fresh Prince of Bel air but in reverse, the only thing different was he was rich coming to live with his Aunt and Uncle, Kevin had no problem stealing Will Smith's show idea, and it was cancelled before Kevin could announce it was coming, and they to still had to film one season because the network paid for 6 episodes.
