I think a lot to do with it was with how Eddin was talking about it like "it was a result of a build up. You deserved it because eyoubare annoying". One thing is to joke about this shit but punching and than using this as a reason... Had similar situation at work years ago. Employee X choked employee Y but there were no consequences. Couple weeks later same shit situation - altercation after the party. You have to draw the line somewhere and I think punching someone is crossing this line especially when co-workers call each other's friends/buddies

Eddin correctly assumed that Julian would turn into content and be fine with it, that's why he had that energy. That was stupid obviously and he should've made calls that morning to apologize and set up a team convo before work.

Maybe it’s because I’m super hyper aware of ppl and their character but for some reason I can’t shake the feeling that Eddin was probably provoked by Julian but since he was so blacked out he can’t remember what happened or what exactly was said and based off of Julian’s personality he seems like the type to throw rocks and hide his hands. I’m not saying he shouldn’t be reprimanded, but to be completely let go…… idk. Y’all have called Eddin every name in the book on camera so I can only imagine what you say when the cameras are off ESPECIALLY Julian.
Exactly! I hate to say it, but Julian lucky he has gotten away with being rude and abrasive to his colleagues this long. He better move differently cuz this will probably not be the last time.
I was mad disappointed in Eddin and found it hard to watch the pods after that incident. I think letting him go was best (for me) and if Julian did some foul shit to provoke that he should suffer the same fate. I think these guys are starting to learn what casts on tv shows been knowing, faking friendships for money is hard work.
As a former alcoholic who has thrown a punch, it's never just cause. In my case, I still feel it was warranted & I still owned up & apologized cause that's what you do when you're intoxicated. And people who say they don't remember shit every time they drink, are absolutely full of shit. Eddin was alright but fam, I believe his exact quote was "I don't regret it." They work together. Coworkers had altercation where one punched the other. There is no "public" "private" here. In regular office punched employee can easily claim he is fearful for his safety because of such situation no matter of it was at the club or not. Not to mention I bet they don't have full time contracts but they are rather hired as B2B contractors so the law is less strict about such things
