Katrina & The Waves had a remix of this song by Xenomania which sounds exactly like this, so this is obviously a clone of that remix. Reminds me of the Leit Motif cover of Pulp's "Common People" that was an identical clone of the Motiv 8 remix of the original, albeit with a cover vocalist, like the case is with this one.
