Also I would say Doja got a lot more backlash back in 2021 and media coverage about it than Katy is getting right now. Also all the artist you mentioned literally did get backlash, stray kids was heavily criticized 3 months ago by the kpop community. Nicki was getting backlash all over twitter when super freaky girl was released aswell.
All those artists received backlash for working with Dr Luke. Its just bigger now considering that 1) Katy is a BIGGGG pop star 2) Katy is an old friend of Kesha 3) Kesha just regained her freedom from Dr. Luke's hand this year

No one knows if he did or not, Kesha seems to believe he did. Katy said he didn’t. Gaga said Katy wasn’t strong enough yet to say. So who knows. But that is NOT defending him. You can either choose to believe Katy or not, if it didn’t happen then that’s her truth.

The dude has literally been working under a different name for years (notably Doja Cat & Kim Petras). The guy knows how to make a hit & many people do not. The entertainment industry doesn’t care who you are as a human being, as long as you can make them money. This goes for tv, film, music, etc. Sad reality, but true. To be fair to Natalie, she admitted in her apology that she didn't know the details of what Polanski did because she was really young when she signed the petition. All she knew was that he was an iconic director who fled the country, and thought that what happened was consensual, just that the girl was underage (which is still gross but in the early 2000s people were somewhat ok with that). I love Katy, like really love her and always have but I stand 100% by Kesha and as much as I do really like Woman's World, I will not listen to it because I truly believe and support Kesha, a singer at their peak simply doesn't throw allegations at their producer for no reason, too many people stood by him simply because of his status and that is foul to me because I personally know how shady things can get when you're vulnerable and desperate to make your dreams come true... Katy had a choice and she made a horrible one and I cannot forget that

Hear me out, I'm a survivor and I believe abuse victims. However, Dr. Luke has not been found guilty of the allegations nor convicted, therefore the whole narrative is unclear to me. I support Katy and her music, and unless proven guilty, she's working with just a producer, not an offender. Period.
