Stavros Koronis it was her ear peice and the the mic going in and out. Watch the roar performance and you can hear the music messing up. Almost on purpose. She does this heel clip at the end cause everyone gives her a standing o. Shes looking at the control room all performance

Okay I LOVE Katy Perry. I have been listening to her songs forever, and I am a huge fan. She has so much emotion in her voice. But I have to be honest, her songs LIVE and in music videos sound completely different. She sounds 100x better in music videos. But every live that I have seen, her voice isn't that nice.... I donno. This isn't hate, this is my personal observation. I wasn't impressed at all with this live. And this song of hers is one of my absolute favorites.
