Tbh these tracks aren’t as memorable as the TD or Prism tracks and the album has had a dragged out roll out. Never Really Over was pretty successful considering it was never promoted.

Smile is too 2010s, teenage dream era so... it's kinda outdated... but I like it. The chords and the beat are just to pop rock-ish, and 2020 is not pop rock-ish, I think.

It's already been two years, and yet it feels like Smile as an album, and its title track, came out yesterday. I remember watching it for the first time when it was released, and really enjoying it. The beat is happy, infectious, and catchy, really manages to bring a smile to the viewer's face. Speaking of enjoyment and appreciation, I find the entire concept of the album uplifting and inspiring, as well as just the right amount of silly, but this is Katy we're talking about, so that's always a given. Remember Last Friday Night's music video? Exactly. In other words, a title track to make any listener smile, laugh, dance and marvel at how time has passed, things have changed, and yet, deep down, Katy's always Katy. Straightforward, honest, smart and driven, but nonetheless always ready to vent out her feelings and emotions through her music. An experiment, she called it in an interview, a way to let loose, unwind and find her smile again. I'd say, after watching this video once again, mission accomplished.

When she's choosing the characters, 2nd choice is 'snake charmer'. She might have been referring to Taylor swift(snake was for reputation album) for dropping something (I forgot what it was) on the same day Katy dropped her witness album, and this prevented Katy's songs in the witness album from getting on top of the chart. She was so sad that her witness album wasn't a hit like prism. So, she became depressed bcs of it. 'humble pie saved her life'. She realized that being on top wasn't really that important. So she didn't care about it and became happy again. That why the last boss was her face ..her own enemy was herself...she wanted her songs to be a hit so badly. Once she dropped her expectations, she's happy again.

No she's just been a hack for over twenty years. She's had proven that she does what everyone else does, she stole black horse from a black artist, she tried to pull the crazy card with bon appetit, she ripped off Meghan Trainer with this song, and if her "Black Widow" song were actually published she would be sued by literally plageurizing Charli XCX's "Black Widow". She's thus far proven to have no originality whatsoever. We all thought she was cool after "Roar" but she really has no talent. Thievery isn't recognized as a great talent.

Even after all the hate she got during witness era , she came back with the most empowering album ever with the best vocals of her career , amazing visuals with the circus theme , released a video for every song on the album and did so many live performances, all of that during a pandemic and at the end of her pregnancy, she always work so hard for us, Smile deserved so much better. My Daughter Died of Cancer On December 8th 2012... Buried 12/12/12 I Never got a chance to Thank Katy Perry for a Video she made for my daughter to lift her Spirits during the time she was fighting her Cancer in 2011-2012... In the video Katy Perry made for her she acknowledged her and said that she heard she was sick and also heard that her song (Firework) was my daughters favorite song so she sang that song to her ... My daughter of course was ecstatic when she saw her favorite singer singing her favorite song... They ended playing this Katy Perry Song at her Funeral... There was a Million People at her Funeral...I've never seen so many people in my life at a Funeral... And the procession to get to the Cemetery was as if she was the President getting escorted there. Shutting down Highways and Stopping any traffic... My Daughter was a Special Angel... There is a Part in Katy Perry's song (Firework) that she sang to my daughter where she says... (You're Original Cannot Be Replaced) I ended up putting these words and this quote on my daughters Gravestone... If Anyone out there has any connections to Katy Perry please tell her I said Thank You with all my Heart... To My Daughter... See You Soon Best Friend...
