Everyone's judging her personality but she is clearly out of breath lol just because she works out daily doesn't mean she is trained to workout and answer questions come on everyone here is ridiculous
I know this is really irrelevant but holding a side plank that's on your hand (not on your forearm) is bad for your wrists and takes away from the ab workout
Appreciate the effort, but this seemed like an advertisement pretending to be a session getting to know the model. All I know is that she eats healthy and pretty much only does leg workouts. What's new?!
anika ahmed It’s pretty obvious she likes weightlifting the most. You don’t make your stamina stronger by only doing weights. Also she is not really used to speak while working out, it’s normally fine to be out of breath :)
Thought I was going to get a decent workout instruction instead I get touched up video of katya. She has 'fans' around the world, fans of what exactly? Fair enough she probably makes more money in a day than I make in a month but who cares. We used to idealise philosophers, scientists and people who fight for others in need.
