My video on the Kaw Valley Precision 3 Lug Barrel Adapter and my how to install 3 lug tutorial. I installed the KVP 3 lug on my Gen1 and Gen2 CMMG Banshee uppers. You will need a 3 lug tool---mine came with my SilencerCo 3 lug mount--and ideally a torque wrench for 15lb ft.

At 154 you will only hear the working of the fire arms

I assume this works with the 10mm Banshee as well? I have one in 10mm and looking to put a can on it but don’t know which way to attach it with no issues

Yes but that might require the top end 20lbft or maybe the book mentions how much for their 45 caliber version. I can check
