@@lisboahts a long story but I believe Momoshiki is probably dead that time and boruto manage to survive like putting karma on code just like they discuss in previous chapter. And the reason kawaki want to send boruto is because kawaki hated the shinobi world and boruto might be the last shinobi. Kawaki want revolution lol
Maybe,but i dont see kawaki caring for boruto enough to send him to hokage,it could mean naruto is already dead by accident and he wants to destroy shinobi world and boruto

Also this is unrelated kinda but isn't it kinda sad that Kawaki was basically raised to praise someone (jigen/isshki) as a god, but he refused. Let's hope because for a while now, Naruto has been down, but he's not out. Hopefully, his potential comeback will be worth calling him a comeback god.
I think they will focus more on the fight between Kawaki and Boruto, and also the enemy who's waiting to attack the village at the right moment, Code. But with Naruto being declared somehow dead, after his son switching lives with Kawaki, it's not impossible that he and Hinata will train and find a way to become strong and return to their world. Otherwise, there is another theory I believe it could happen, that in the dimension Kawaki sent them, they will not feel the time passing as it would been felt in their dimension.

I say it's better for part 78 of Boruto's moment when they were injured, put his eye, part 79 of Kawaki's summoning of Aida's absolute power, and for chapter 80 of the awakening of the Mangkyo Sharingan, put Sarada.
