I thought a few years ago at length about this problem...i believe installing small power producing units in homes, and supplying overpower to the grid is the real 'dispersed' power solution... think, it's like a sponge on a coral reef, a colony ... so when one small chunk gets damaged the whole colony doesn't run out of power... lol. It would work... i'll install one in my house and conduct testing if you oblige kawasaki!
Outstanding! I love "made in Japan" badge. If Japan would not be run by liberals and Yakuza but good and religious men (like historic daimyo Ukon Takayama or Mr. Asano from Hollywood's 47 Ronin) it would be the most wonderful country among all nations under the sun.
