I love your videos!! I watch them for every class i've had so far and i'm in my third semester of nursing school! This story totally helped me remember kawasaki disease!! I believe kawasaki motorcycles do come in red though! lol
I looove your videos and never feel overwhelmed after watching them! They are brief and always provide the key points. The questions at the end are so helpful for retention

Your videos are by far the best nursing videos I have seen. I use them often, and just bought the peds flash cards. they are GREAT! Thanks for all of your hard work in these!
So happy you are loving the flashcards and videos!! Please feel free to share a link to our channel with your classmates and friends in nursing school. ❤️
lol I think they prolly talk about motocross Kawasaki bikes and they are usually green, each manufacturer have them color specifically to make distinctions between Kawasaki, Yamaha, Honda riders.. etc. But I've definitely seen a red Kawasaki that is a road bike I think it was so you're definitely not wrong!!
My daughter was discharged a week ago with Kawasakis disease and received IVIG But now she is peeling from her finger tips and has complained about neck and leg pain. Waiting on her pediatrician to see what’s the next step
30 years ago my son had KD. His fingers and toes didn't peel until after he was released from hospital. This is such a bizarre condition- it seems like not every patient presents with the "same" symptoms at the "same" time. Fortunately I had a very aware pediatrician at that time who made the connection and sent us to an Infectious disease specialist who sent us immediately to the ER. Fortunately, my son had no heart issues. Treatment was administered in the window of opportunity as I like to call it. I hope, as I am replying to you a year after your post, your daughter is well with no lasting issues.
@@yaelmoran5146 hello! She is doing great now! After peeling she had joint swelling with pain , headaches and she was referred to rheumatologist but she was able to over come it since it is also a side affect from Kawasaki’s disease. She was seeing her cardiologist every 3 months to get an echo done just to make sure for no inflammation and on aspirin for 3 months after being released from hospital . Now a year later she is thriving and no longer seeing anymore specialist. She was treated right on time , just were more cautious since she was 1 day from the open window of treatment. All of these symptoms showed up after released from hospital. Symptoms when admitted to the hospital were , consistent fevers, body rash, strawberry tongue , red eyes , red palms .
Great videos! Clear and concise. Very easy to follow. Excellent job! BTW my first motorcycle was a black and red '89 Kawasaki Vulcan 750, so they do come in colors other than green lol
