I installed one of these one my 2016 4010 about five years ago. I used step drills to drill holes in bed. One of the best accessories I installed. It's slow compaired to JD and Kubota but works very well. Remove your bed hold down latches. You don't need 'em and If the bed gets latched down you will be blowing fuses or breaking something.
I have a kubota with a dump bed and it's way faster, buying a mile and going to add this feature. Wish the switch was on the dash, but that's what wrote and splices for. Thanks for sharing.
I’ve been able to haul so much more and it’s a plus that I’ve needed zero help to unload my loads. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a comment!!
It’s definitely on the slow side, but keep in mind it’s a all in one unit that takes Manual lifting out of the equation. I absolutely love it! I’ve loaded mine down well over 1000lbs without any issues. Disclaimer I would never recommend going over factor specs. ;)
You can raise with both size beds no issues. I’ve raised about 1500lbs with no issues. Mind you I would not recommend going over max capacity of 1000lbs.
The 610 is a little different design so the prefabricated brackets would probably not work. How we with some modifications you could make this work. The power actuator is a standard actuator made for Kawasaki by Kayaba. Thanks for watching!!
If I wasn’t worried about filming and just went straight at it about 2hrs total install. Now that I know what I’m doing it would probably take me only an hour as it’s pretty straight forward but the install instructions are not the best.
