Kawasaki Z900 2019 - Eliminating Muffler Chamber and keeping Catalytic Converter. This modification is Safe(no harmful to engine, no ECU upgrade required) and Cost Effective. Connect me on Instagram - Ashhb4u
Hi buddy, there is a pop-up/fire back happens but not regularly with my way of riding, it depends on the rider way of riding the motorcycle with too many acceleration or de-acceleration...
Probably the most unusual comment, but I was interested in the mud flap in the z900 just before the flyby, could you please make short video on the same or tell me where to find that.
Cool. Did you face any loss in power or any low rpm.issues etc its absolutely as powerful as the stock one in complete rpm range. Any other issues faced ? Cheers and thanks.
Hi Mate, after modification till date all fine, no power loss or low rpm issue absolutely going strong with regular maintenance in kawasaki service center.
@@mikv3752 yes, but company won't give warranty for exhaust or header, its only for electronics and engine parts. Insurance will cover everything not to worry.
Very rarely I have seen flame, only if the vehicle is in higher rmp for longer duration then fire would visible. Currently I'm going for short rides only..
I would suggest keep the catalytic converter, to protect environment. If your purpose of the modification is to make you motorcycle sound loud, then just eliminate muffler chamber add mid pipe enjoy the sound, if need more sound than buy any aftermarket slip on exhaust it will roar.
It depends on rider, I never rev the bike while riding on main junctions/ busy traffic/police check post. Always try to keep 3000rmp on 3rd gear, this combination will not roar. So I never got fined till date for exhaust, plus I follow basic rules like standard IND number plate, emission test, RC, wearing riding gear, insurance, no pillion rider, speed limit and maintaining traffic lane rules. These are the basic things where cops looking most of the time.
Only the stock can prevent the backfire because it has double barrel bend pipe inside but straight exhaust will not stop backfire, but this modification is not going to make big loud pop up sound (because catalytic convertor still inside, eliminated only muffler chamber) but slightly small pop-ups would be there, that we need to leave with it
@@billyh8020 hey buddy thanks for sharing the link.. it's good but this pipe does not have holder clamp, where it gets fitted with bolt and nut to chassis. It is a straight connect without any firm hold in-between. Not recommended
