Love these videos. I lived in Tokyo as a teenager back in the 80’s and many of the bikes you work on were around then. Great seeing them restored to the way they looked when new.
The big washer under the steering stem bolt is mounted upside down. The beveled side belongs on top and the flat side to the fork triple surface, seen at 6:21.
I LOVE IT, i really want to fix an old motorcycle soon or something. Watching these helps me learn and also they're just so good. Love the editing and everything!
I once had a 550 Zephyr..I did a slight restoration to it..nothing like what you are doing to this one...this is such a beautiful bike... thank you so much for these videos it makes me excited for you because you will get to ride it once more after your done..such a classic and stylish bike.. love it..
Really impressed by your work, and your music choices....would be perfect if you identified them 😊 I'm currently sorting out a 1981 GPZ1100 B1. Your perseverence is an inspiration.
