@@CallMeShiba it is a bike from an old era. 400ccm inline-4 rpm 16.000 and that in today's time where everything is environmentally friendly. Any great track rider will tell you that this concept is the most fun of all. I wish I had enough money to buy one from these screaming beasts.
I see that the commenters are missing the whole point why the 4rr and 25r exist. The whole point of the creation of the small i4 is the screams at legal speeds.
The zx-4r is a Homage of to the forgotten 400 class of the 80's and 90's. Cbr400rr-r from 94 or Yamaha fzr400 from 88. You can't compare these two bikes. The ZX4-R will be a classic in a few years. And i'm sorry to say it but the cbr650r is simply a cb650r with a fairing, so simply a masked naked bike for everyone. The Zx4-R is a Hardcore Racebike which also allows you to race really good times on the race track, but its not everbodys bike.
The ZX4RR is for the enthusiast, the real ones who enjoys to squeeze the living shit out of an engine for power, like the 250's, whilst the CB650R is a standard motorcycle, it just looks cool.
bro you can squeeze the hell out of the cbr650r too... its still an inline4 and the max torque comes at like 8k rpm up to 12.000, so if you want to go fast you still have to rev it :D Despite the idiots saying its a sports tourer, hell no... suzuki gsx-s1000 gt for example, thats a sports tourer....
Nice comparisons, thanks. Both very different bikes. Both cool bikes and I'm a Kawasaki owner, but for the same price, the Honda would be the bike I'd go with if I had to choose. If the prices were different, it would be a different scenario.
Great video. I would personally love to pick the Zx-4r here as it's a proper sports bike with great features and power. As per cc to speed ratio Zx-4r wins here and yes it's limiter comes at 253 kmph which means it might even touch 250 or more on road which is higher than CBR 650R by few kmph. And Zx-4r has great looks and sitting ergonomics
Honda makes more refined engine and sorry the zx 4rr is slow .the 250 ur talking abt maybe tunedwhich is on the dyno talk facts ur gonna face wind blasts while riding on the highway its top speed 230
@@Thesussybaka69 bro this video showed 243 kmph which was one of good potential but not the best. The bike cam touch 250 and yes I believe that maybe only by smaller margine or same but 4R might have slightly more top speed bcoz in Kawasaki's ZX-R series there's not even 1 kmph speedo error in 25R, 4R and 6R other bikes I don't know so if the speedo is showing 243 kmph means it's on 243 kmph even on GPS and CBR I don't know how much but I'm damn sure that it has speedo error in it
Top speed does not matter to make the bike best and fast, otherwise there should be no difference between cheap superbikes like ZX10 and GSXR and superleggera h2 even MotoGP bikes, that too is limited to 300. Your ZX will take 4 decades to achieve top speed Before that cbr she will be on speed, you can never even come close to cbr

Kindly do COMPARISONS between Bikes with same engine capacity - KAWASAKI ZX4 RR Comparisons should have done with HONDA CBR 400RR ( Both having same 400cc ) Next video kindly make on - ZX4 RR Vs CBR 400 RR . Thanking you. 😊👍🏻
The Kawi is also a great street bike, and you could say it's built for that equally to track use. It's meant to bring supersport excitement and character to a comfier street package that won't put you in jail with immense amounts of power; all the feedback of a race bike but at the speeds of a street bike.
Zx4rr is still little bit cheaper on out of the door pricing. HP number is a personal taste thing, they both more than adequate as daily but zx4rr will have a much lower insurance rate for sure.
Wrong because it has ninja in the name you will be better off with the Honda in the long run but we all can agree on this you can't beat a engine what revs really high my 125 revs up to 14 k but my 500 only revs up to 11 k
Personally, I consider motorcycles are toys, so paying less and having more fun is much preferred. Zx4rr costs less than cbr650r on pricing and Insurance, why not to pick the ninja.@@p305-mrworldwide9
@@p305-mrworldwide9in a lot of places the major deciding factor of insurance cost is the cc #. Below 400cc is the smallest motorcycle insurance bracket besides scooters and it’s extremely cheap to insure. As soon as you go above that it’s double price at least.
@@Chevsilverado You're right there. In uk z400 (399cc/45hp) is 30% cheaper to insure than z500 (451cc/45hp) even though they look near identical, similar cost and have same performance. I would argue the revvier 400 encourages more aggressive riding, however insurers just seem to look at cc in this instance. They also charge a premium if there is 'ninja' in the title.
The real question is ... which is more exciting??? Sure the Honda might have more hp, but too standard, too boring. On the other hand, you are itching to try out the Kawasaki for breaking the norm.
I've had a Ninja 650 for 5 yrs now and absolutely love it ! Not getting rid of it but I miss the smoothness and sound of a four cyl. So it came down to these (2) beautiful bikes but I'm really leaning towards the Honda since I may rarely do track days but more canyon cruising. Moving to the mountains nxt summer.
The cbr650r is a great all around bike. I love mine. Not a track bike but got a great top speed of 150+ (although I haven’t been there😜), will cruise easily at highway speeds (you can ride all day in triple digits if you want), the inline 4 is great, almost as comfortable as a naked bike, super reliable, and flickable enough for those mountain roads! Ride safe and have fun!
@@someoneelse1i1i ..thanks for the 'heads-up'. I'm more into the way bikes or cars, are engineered and manufactured, and how they feel and sound ! At 62, I'm not racing anyone except embarrassing cars and enjoying the roads! That CBR is a diamond in the rough that a lot of folks are missing out on... so I'll probably get mine the summer of 2024
Wrong information broh. Zxr44 has unidirectional QS. Not bidirectional. Its mentioned in their website It means clutchless upshifts and downshits baby. Smooth af After this zx4rr is a deal breaker. Ummmah
My choice is a bit different since i dont like the look of the cbr650r, im torn between the z900 and zx4rr. Currently I have an 04 cbr600rr. The z900 is €1000 cheaper since the dealer is giving me a discount for the 2023 model but tomorrow we finalize the deal to order the zx4rr 😅 Im tired of big displacement bikes and everywhere is 50-70kmh speed limit anyway.
I had a 22 Z900 RS 50th. I'm only 130 lbs. I couldn't keep the torque monster down. I'm flipping it for the zx400 rr 40th ano. I will be less terrified and will master it and not be dead hopefully.
If i want legal torquer fun ill pick the Klr 650 . Then jump on the 400rr for the same back roads to practice skills. Both are fun slow bikes ripping around FAST!!! YEE HAAAW.
I do not agree with the comfort on this bikes, i tried both of them on a track day, and the ZX4RR was way comfortable, than the CBR650R. I'm a Honda fan, i had a CMX500 before, and have an XL750 Transalp, but i ordered a ZX4RR, it's pocket rocket. 🤘
The Honda is boring boring boring, uninspired handling and not really that engaging, it makes an adequate Sport Touring bike as it is more spacious and comfortable. The Kawasaki is a lot more engaging and more fun. Power and speed on paper isn't everything.
I just wish it cost $1-2k less. Right now, at $9,699, it's too close in price to much powerful supersports like the ZX6R, and proper 650s like the CBR650R, and it's also way too pricey compared to other 400cc bikes in the same group.
i dont think the price of bike is based on cc.. i think its more on its overall design and estetic value.. and performance.. thats y naked bike is always cheaper that sport bike..
Having a CBR600, I doubt the 400 will be an enjoyable engine in the long run. Even my 600 is very torque limited in the first half of the RPM range. Surely, the 400 will give you instant screaming satisfaction. But in general road use and commuting it is going to frustrate you.
the cbr is the underpowered cbr600 version of sport bike, its like a sport touring while the ninja is the sport dedicated version of its segment. so its a no wonder it can keep up with a bigger cc bike
Some brainless people think a 400cc with an overpriced margin a useless tech is worthy and more powerful but a sports tourer king of 650cc segment is a slow bike😂 They built Zx4r because they know there are many brainless uneducated people in this world like you
It’s not underpowered - it’s just made for a different purpose. It’s a way more comfortable ride but has the kind of “power band/curve” that’s much more suited to street riding. Anything less than a liter bike that will go 150+ mph and is built for the street has plenty of power.
- you don't understand bikes I see! In a straight-line drag race... you are right! But what you & a lot of new younger riders don't seem to understand is on a track it wouldn't even be close. The Ninja would lap it all day long. It's lighter & built for the track not straight - line drag races!@@MonicaHolly143
@@KrypteiaXi Well, Kawasaki positions it as a Supersport. Which is quite justfiable (power, susension etc.). Yes, that definitely is a supersport 🙂 But what we see here, is a bit of CBR's owner pain in the ass...
@@mar7739 Honda also lists the CBR as a supersport, are we supposed to believe that? pain in the ass how, the ZX4RR is only a dot in the CBR's mirrors 10 seconds into the drag race.
We are waiting for chinese bikes taro 400cc vs Japanese bikes zx4r 😂. Here in my country Japanese bikes are too expensive people prefer Chinese bikes quite cheaper
The new 2024 CBR 650R has a TFT display and mobile phone connectivity. Which means even though it was better before it's even more of a better pick now.
hmmm ah, buy cfmoto 500sr inline 4 engine better power top speed and torque performance and also more affordable and cheaper than japanese brand, zx4r and honda are overrated and overpricing and old specs and very pricy unlike cfmoto more affordable and time will tell
The zx4rr is way more comfortable for long or short rides because it has super comfortable seat and very mild riding position that i have done 10 hours in one day on......im by the way 62 years old. Cb and cbr650r have very uncomfortable seat after half hour to one hour in the seat and absolutely not good suspension. Both yamaha r7 and zx6r have more comfortable seats than cb/cbr650r.
..ever hear a LEXUS LS 460 idling next to a FORD MUSTANG? Guess what? they have roughly the same size V8s. They sound different mainly because of the exhausts! same thing with the bikes !
I tell people if they live on a major 4-lane hwy system or next to a interstate freeway, then definitely get the 636 but if they live in backroads small HWYs then ZX4RR is probably better.
The script was not made by AI, though.😅 I know that a real human voice is much better, but for small channels with very small revenue, using AI voices is quicker and cheper. Perhaps in the future, if the channel becomes big and I can afford it, I'll use a real human voice.
