Intake rubbers were always a pain to refit. I had my 15 year old for 10 years and replaced 1/Vacuum valve fuel tap 2/Camshafts 3/Valves 4/Cam chain and guides 5/Blanked off the anti dive, never worked right. 6/Rear damper 7/Rear damper bushes 8/Ignition leads, they dry out and crack in the bends. 9/Had new anti ice carbs on a Kawasaki call back. 10/ New crankshaft shells and reground crank when the oil pump got starved because the oil strainer got bunged up with silicone sealant (never use).
