Also I know you spoke about not being able to hold ur own and needing a team, I think if you picked up cypher and did tripwires with smokes you’ll start to feel like ur contributing even without ur team next to you. hey Gabe, i love your content, i thought i would leave a tip, i see you holding back from spraying ALOT, which is good for the most part, but sometimes when u do have to spray, u still tap, im sure ur worried about ur gun being all over the place, but you need to practice recoil control in the range, being able to spray and switch targets, and most importantly, spray for up to 7-8 bullets, thats around where your gun starts being significantly inaccurate, good luck to you, much love ❤️

12:32 Do not be frustrated by that, unless you’re playing duelists! That’s what you should actually embrace! As an Initiator, you should aim to support your teammates with ur util. You said you do good in a group because you can add support, right? Then you’re playing as an Initiator right! You don’t have to try taking control alone, because that’s what a duelist could try to go for. That solo push you did was very risky, as you haven’t at least helped anyone with ur util usage when u died. Yes, if that play was successful, your team has the numbers advantage. However, it’s more important to see if the risk behind that play is even worth it or not. Your team’s eco was just recovered thanks to previous round that was won (I assume you, Sage, and Reyna all have Vandals after that), so you can’t risk ruining this by potentially dying immediately. Also, it’s a 5v5, so there wasn’t a numbers disadvantage for you to recover with risky plays! When I play Omen and Cypher in ranked, I never play aggressively unless I have help from my teammates, or when we are at an disadvantage in rounds or eco. This principle, among other things, got me to Gold 2. (Impactful utility usage is enough to get you to at least Silver 2. And you don’t need good aim to get past Bronze 2, even though your aim is quite nice!)

Loving the series man! Quick tip: I would try to play more together and go for trades. It's a little hard in lower elo since everyone wants to do their own thing but if you can communicate and get people to go for trades instead of being picked off one by one you will surely win more rounds.

Hey, I especially saw this around the 16:15 mark or so when you killed KJ, but it was sprinkled throughout the whole video: When being relatively close to an enemy, try using the right click shot (whatever you wanna call it). This is really strong on pistol round and will kill an enemy with two shots on body and one shot on the head most of the time (really depends on how close you are), but this can save your life! Just wanted to give you a quick type to improve your gunplay! Otherwise great video, I enjoyed watching it :)

17:20 contesting the op, complains about raze contesting op it’s easy to pick up a teammates mistakes but harder your own. After the first shot you could backup or maybe even jiggle peek the wall to bait out the enemy to shoot giving you time to get the kill since the op shoots slow. I get wanting to trade the teammate but they have to plant you can wait for the op to walk to you rather than taking the fight to him and maybe have him and swinging a sniper. I think noticing he killed your teammate with an op and the fact he needs to plant you hide in a corner in b main where you’re not open to multiple angles wait for him to walk to you and tell your teammate not to peek since he needs to go to one of you to plant

My peak rank this act was immo 2. I went on a 10 game win streak in 1 day. No matter how high your win streak is I would try to only do 3-4 games a day. Review your vods and look at what you could've done better. Even though Im an Immortal player I still see so many mistakes in my gameplay. Its ok to be hard on yourself as long as you learn from it. Keep up the good attitude and you got this. Your aim and crosshair placement has gotten way better. Id say you need some work on situational awareness and angles to hold. But that kinda comes with the more you play the game. Keep your mental up and you will be gold in no time.

I peaked plat 2, now I'm g3, and honestly, the only thing you lack to be gold is a bit of gamesense, which just comes from experience. Apart from that, you got it all, in a few days you'll be out of iron

I'm no coach but for any lower ranked players pls dont be scared to spray id suggest just spray while stood still, and aiming at the body. With time that can be translated into strafing and head aiming. Unfortunately a lot of people try to tap, because they where told soo many times. The reality is lower ranks run alot. Tapping running players isn't ideal.

this is iron? holy shit. your crosshair placement alone is so good that i'd guess gold/plat. it always feels like iron is more competitive than silver/gold because maybe so many people smurf in iron/bronze

Keep it up I was iron 4 months ago and I’ve reached plat 3 since then. You can go on a 14 game losing streak but just remember that it’s about learning and once you improve then you’ll rank up, not the other way around

Looks like you get fatigue after a few matches for me when i get that its best to take like a 15-30 minute break and just relax then que again helps you play better more consistently but huge improvement.

I feel like you get a little scared sometimes and decide to use your ult when it likely won't be beneficial. For example 21:40 you ult instead of trying to shoot the phoenix ult and help the team then leading to 2 of your teammates dying. Also stop running when you shoot! I made this mistake a few times but in order for your shots to become accurate you need to stay still when you shoot which in fairness you do it but I still see this a few times. Just hear to help can't wait for the next episode!!

I think something that will definitely help you is just relaxing. I know you want to be as good as possible and as helpful to the team as you are able, but I notice it leads to moments of frustration and disappointment when you are not fulfilling the expectations you are setting for yourself. Just relax and try to remember that it is still just a game. Have fun with it. The more you have fun the more your mind will be willing to learn and adapt to the game. You are making huge improvements though! Keep it up!

Iron , bronze , silver , gold only aim matters ig .. cus u get like 40 or 30 rr if ur aim is good and -8 rr or -6 rr if u lose in lower elo... In these elo blaming team is useless

Dont use your util when ur infront of the enemy , also sometimes you can peek without a flash to be unpredictable

I am bronze 1 and the main difference that got me their was always slowing down. The head does so much more damage that ist is always worth going for it to mater what.

With knifing enemies it's always; pull it off and its hilarious or fail and why did you do that. I prefer to just not and win the round lol
