Welcome back to the channel! Today, I wanted to share my experience of the Foothills Kayak Anglers tournament from Lake Norman on June 10th. The tournament was held over a single day, and the competition was great with 59 anglers participating.

Despite the tough competition, I managed to finish 14th out of 59 anglers. Although I couldn't find any sizable fish, I did manage to catch an 18" spotted bass which really helped me. It was definitely a challenging day, but I was happy to have participated and @slowboatfishing and I finished 2nd in the team side pot.
I want to express my gratitude to the organizers of the tournament for putting on such a fantastic event and running a nice trail.
