The two bungies beside the seat are for a 3600 or 3700 size tackle box, the ones forward of that are paddle straps for the angled holder. They make knobs you can mount beside the seat to steer a rudder if that is the way you want to go.

if you look at the back of the kayak there is actually a little spot on each side that you can drill holes to run steering cables through.

The bungees are for paddles or poles. You can stick your paddle in the front handle and angle it towards the grove in the kayak and the strap holds it down. I can also fit a pole there if I wanted but its not as convenient. The bungee next to the seat holds a small tackle box in place.

The 2 front bungees are for strapping down your fishing poles.

I’m picking up the same kayak this coming weekend and I’m looking forward to outfitting it. Have you done your updates to it yet?

I would rethink the batteries in the hatch or at the very least install a vent in that hatch . Batteries will off gas and could cause a catastrophe. Not to mention all that weight up front. Bad juju.

The push stick is nice mod! See if you can fit a saw blade on it to make a pole saw when you need it! Great for getting back lure hi in tree or under water! Lots of free lures up in the trees too! One more mod for you I don’t see many people use /if you haven’t tried i yet… take a old jumper cable clamp, drill holes on handles, run rope thru it so if you pull rope it pulls the clamp & slightly opens it a little,… this is great lite weight anchor you can clip on to tree branch & hold you n a spot, then just pull rope & it should unclamp, no need to go unclamp. Test on dry land before hand! ✌️🤟🤙

How's the yak looking? Itching to see this trolling motor mounted up. Have you thought about a bow mounted set up? Like an xi3 or would that be too heavy you think?

Trying to buy this yak right now but dicks plays games renaming it different than Amazon and doesn’t price match. This is why Amazon will kill brick and mortar. Well deserved imo.
