Never go blue if you are new to the champ. If you know how to play Kayn, go blue if: -the enemy has no desengage (janna) -if the enemy team has no hard cc that is easy to hit (leona stun) -if the enemy adc has mobility (vayne) plus an other strong caster supp by his side (lulu) -if your team needs ad damage Choose your runes always before the game begins and tell your team which form you will go so they can play around that form.
None of these combos are as practical as just W-Q-Auto-R-Q-Auto. Then just throw in item actives (goredrinker, prowler) during any Q cast as well, as it will buffer and cast after quickly. The rest is like, in all likelihood players are not going to stand there and let you do an entire combo like the stuff in training range so sitting there until you find what rotation does the most damage is worthless, and in real fights actual max damage is as simple as autoing before the combo and normal auto cancelling into your abilities. So if you needed more damage (taking an extended trade, red Kayne trying to proc conqueror) and you have the ability to stay on top of your opponent (they don't have a dash) then of course auto before you cast and animation cancel with your spells, that's common sense for most if not all champs trying to do max dmg.
@@octavio1689 the guy goes over combos, tips such as using Q into a wall to animation cancel, choosing form close to Nexus so as to make more efficient use of the speed boost, not being able to Q then flash; making flash Q the viable way to do this combo, and many more “tips” that the kayn noob would not know; I’m at work do this is as far as I’m taking this. He goes into much more than forms…
I think you should go Tiamat every time on Blue Kayn only but keep this in mind: 1. Only on Blue kayn. 2. Try to focus even more on your red side camps and wolfs because you do them even faster with Tiamat (Gromp is a little hard). 3. Always press Tiamat active during your Q animation to proc in instantly after your Q 4. You have more burst with Tiamat:

Red is probably way more reliable then Blue bro. Blue kayn is not that good to hard carry because you are really squishy yourself but it really depends on the situation. Good luck with kayn, I hope you enjoy him!
