Kazakh President Tokayev Welcomes Xi at Airport 

They have this plane for a long time, & it's not exclusively used by their president. It's also shared by their common people. That's what makes their governance for the people & by the people special & unique from other arrogant, corrupt & exclusive systems. They also have very qualified engineers & designers to ensure that it's safe. Maybe add or modified parts here & there where necessary to guarantee safety ? If they can go to the far side of the moon & return safely autonomously & remotely with 100% success, they sure know what they're doing.
