Kazrog - True Iron - Mixing With Mike Plugin of the Week 

I like putting two instances of True Iron (the 'bass thickener' preset and one of the mastering presets) on my stereo bus and mix through them. It definitely adds a pleasing character.

Sees a +15 minute vid on a Kazrog product and excitedly waits until hometime from work today

I really love what you, David Vignola & Dan Worrall do, although you are all slightly different you all have a great way of teaching which translates to all levels of understanding and I'm currently working my way through all your tutorials. Thank you!

That Marinair transformer is like magic. You did a review of another one I think from UA, it was crazy what it did to the sound.

This thing is as great as your videos are. Like them both very much :)

Nice video, however I found that the difference it makes is a lot more subtle than I first thought. Most of it was just level increase. I do like the plugin but much prefer Metric Halo Character. To be fair, the latter emulates not just transformers but FET and tube circuits too.

Great review and great plugin. I picked it up yesterday and it’s fantastic! Only complaint is I wish they would have out in an auto gain/auto output compensation button, so you don’t have to play with the output constantly when switching around the different voicings, crush and strength knobs. But damn this plug really does add a depth in the tracks that I was looking for

the O-12 really added some nice weight on the low end on the mixes

Hey Mike Could you make a video of how to set up a Anlog template To achieve and analog sound. I would love to see that video definitely using this plug-in. Just wanted to know how would you go about doing it the proper way

Ok so like I love this plugin but my only problem with it is I don't like the Out knob, I would much prefer a Trim knob (pre-mix% not post, and affecting only the wet signal not the entire signal) idk if I'm the only one who feels this way tho lol

would love if they add a SC filter. Maybe even a high pass and low pass like on True Dynamics. Would make it so much more flexible

I recently ordered the full version of True Iron, this software appears to be corrupt, and the seller cannot send me a clear step-by-step plan on how to install this software. Now as a studio, we are working for years with VLS, Native instruments, waves, and much more software and everything works correctly with Mac OS and Catalina. I am writing this because I'm certainly not the only one to experience this and the majority of the people will throw out a € 39.99 program if it doesn't work.
