I don't have an eating disorder but I have a problem with forgetting to eat. But also I'm rarely hungry as well so I don't really need to eat much. However I am hungry now but I was focused on something and I forgot about it and then saw this video and actually noticed again that I'm hungry. I'll be having some soup in a sec, just waiting for it to get ready.

This was more effective in making me drink my protein shakes than any health channel could be

Y'know, after listening to this a couple of times, and thinking back on what I've been doing, I realized I was in the beginning stages of an ED. You have no idea how much this has helped me in the last couple of weeks. Thanks for providing us with such nice videos, Hyacinth!!

I don't know why but it's been going on for 2 years, I just don't like eating breakfast,lunch and dinner. I can go on for 3 days without food but if it weren't for my mom, I would actually be dead rn lol. (FYI: I don't feel any pain without eating for 1day,like I could just live with drinking water.)

I just don't eat but I lost 10 lbs. in 2 months and my mom always tells me to eat more. She never cared about me before, wonder what happened... maybe her reputation was threatened? She left me alone once and I know she'll do it again, I want her to just... stop.

I feel guilty for eating.that's all but i force myself to eat because i don't want to worry others even if i don't actually enjoy the food but it happens that sometimes i skip meals and it's all because i'm a little chubby.this video really helps ,i didn't find much video except yours about an ed so thank you (^_^) ....It also happens that i keep on increasing the number of sport exercises i do
