Reading the ingredients at the end of the video. 45 milliliters of Woodford, One dry orange slice which is the one that he burned, one cut orange and one cut lemon, caramel bitters which is caramel added to angostura bitters, and one cinnamon stick which he clearly used to add the bitters and to stir the drink.
