Wayfair has some cool electric fireplaces

We are currently building this plan and I’m DYING to find people with the same plan! Did you change out your light fixtures? We are struggling to find a one that we love large enough for the living room and struggling with finding pendant lights that will suit the odd shaped island 😩

@@daynapaigemiller I opted for additional recessed ceiling lights throughout the kitchen, living room, and hallway. For the kitchen island, I have 2 clear glass drop-down pendant lights that are ~10” wide. The additional recessed lights in the kitchen really makes a difference IMO.

@@Dominus_Maximus I believe we also did a few more recessed lighting! I have such a hard time truly envisioning what it’s going to look like in the end with all the customizations so I’m freaking out a little bit! We opted for all the basic hardwares because it was ridiculously overpriced and we can get what we want and replace it ourselves. We are building in Round Rock, and the community is apparently no longer doing the in wall double ovens so it’s something we have to source out before we move in because we really wanted it! Are you pleased with your floor plan and KB homes in general? We are very excited but don’t know anyone that has worked with the company personally!
