4 min of watching I've learned something I hadn't seen on the many , many other youtuber vids on keyboards this time, just the practical breakdown of steps and the reasoning for the ordering of steps and a clear comparison of the difference the films make. Thank you for your excellent teaching!
I assembled mine yesterday with the help of this video (thanks keebface!) and everthing is cool but I have to say that you have to watch out for the spacebar because It’s 7U and I personally had problems with the length :/
I did not know the aluminum and acrylic versions were discontinued damn. Also the carry case is very nice but with the lite it’s like putting a pillow inside a safe.
Excellent build-through! I've been using an electro-capacitive Niz Plum for the past couple of years and it's so comfortable that I've had no desire for getting back to mechanical keyboards, but man is the Tiger 80 Lite tempting. It's a shame it's not more availeble in Europe, since as luck would have it the transparent clear case like yours is only available on their official website. PS: just watched your video on modding Costar stabs, I'm definitely trying those fixes out on my Niz!
@@keebface yes, only blue and they said they're not getting any KBDfans stock anytime soon, unfortunately. A completely different keyboard but apparently excellent option is the Nuphy Halo 65 or 75, I appreciate the wireless connectivity and needlessness of mods.
How would you compare this to the Portico 75 or the Monsgeek M1? All three seem like great keyboards for the money, although I know the portico is the cheapest, but I'm not sure if the price difference is also a quality difference.
Late answer i know, but this won't be restocked (at least not on kbdfans) because it is a special edition keyboard made for the year of the tiger (cny 2022), hence the name. The year of the tiger has been over for a while now.
