Also, I point this out because it's the reason why young black women are insecure in themselves, because of subtle, subliminal messages that tell them that lighter is better or that white is right. Great music! I would like to echo the concerns of other members about the choice of the video girl! The effect of colonialism was for us to reject anything African , including our color as not good. Music is one means we should use to reclaim our destroyed identity and distorted perception, because of the power of music.
