This is the same sign off someone posted as 1984 but the address at the end is different and it looks like the station blocked out the previous address on the video to add the new address. The announcer is the same.

There's some things the voiceover guy didn't mention-KCET went on the air on September 28, 1964. Our call letters stand for California, Cultural, Committee, or Community Educational Television. Because at that time socializing involved going out with friends. It's just not just those social media addictions we get nowadays. (Unless you live in a poor family that still has a Windows 98 PC from 1999 and could not afford the latest tech.)
Kris Starring Low ratings from the beginning of its existence in 1964, plus eroding memberships since the mid-to-late '80s, due to complaints from viewers about the left-wing slants of PBS news features and documenteries, led to KCET's dropping the PBS format on January 1, 2011(KCET made the announcement of its decision of it ceasing to be a PBS station in November of 2010), not to mention the high increase of production costs and high PBS fees.
