Bvb hubli( Kle Technological University)is known as Kle tech and kle institute of technology hubli( known as kle it) is another collage which is not good

Bvb is an under rated college bro, its third round cuttoff for cse is 5k.

Last time it was 96500 rs, you have to pay this for kea, and in college they will take around 30000rs , total 1,26,500rs per year. Except hostel fee.
