Seeing this makes me cry because I haven't heard this since I was in pre school and I love the lyric where it goes TV worth watching and it definitely was worth watching in the 80's, I really wish I could be a kid again. I find TV these days isn't worth watching lol there's nothing worth while to turn you onto the shows it's all reality shows and if they do have sit coms they don't make sense and it's pointless now, what I'll do is either watch shows on you tube or by the DVD's and watch my DVD's. There used to be so much creativity in the shows and even the children's shows were so much fun to watch and the entertainers were always enthusiastic about making the shows fun for kids and very upbeat. Now when you see a children's show it's not the same like how it once was the actors on the show put up a front to pretend they enjoy doing their jobs and it's so sad and they don't have the same enthusiasm like how the actors from the 80's had when they'd do the shows. I just hope this post doesn't sound like I'm complaining because but if I am I apologize I'm just saying what I think on how different TV is today compared to back then. There will never be fun shows again like Mr. Dress Up, Sesame Street from the 80's, Today's Special ect. MysticMTL I agree I used to see this at nighttime it came on TVO channel in the 80's after today's special and before Polk a dot door yeah I love this jingle and thank so much to you tube I'll remember the 80's for life!:).
