KCU CSR Patient Simulation Sports Physical 

This is a example of one student's approach to a standardized patient encounter where the patient presents to the clinic for a sports physical. The same questions might be asked in any well person (adult) visit. There are mistakes in this student's performance and this should by no means be presumed to be a "passing" encounter or evidence of the correct way to interview or examine the patient. It is posted simply to give any medical student a sample encounter.
