It's a reference to an old movie he was in called Secretly, Greatly. He was a North Korean spy in it and played the town fool as his cover. It's incredibly funny and I definitely recommend it! 😁
RIGHT the way they connected secretly, greatly to CLOY was so perfect, the ending of secretly, greatly made me cry so much tho i wsas balling for like 15 mins straight when i watched it for the first time last year and again when i watched it earlier this year 😭😭😭

I thought it seemed to much of a reach to be a twist on My Love From Another Star. haha I'm most amused by actors who can pull off opposite characters. Could be partly why Park See Joon's dramas tickle me.
Kim soo hyun is no #1 for cameo role who literally stole the show. I didn't watch hotel de luna and crash landing of you. I just watch clips of him in these shows, it's very short but it's mesmerizing, his charisma is totally overflowing. No wonder why he's on top as highest paid korean male actors.

@@FarheenMeraj Yh but that was the character the writer of the comic book wrote him. His actual character outside the “stage” was actually really nice and cared for her. Also really apologetic about his behaviour. Besides the writers were really cruel to him as he, all his life, heard her constantly confessing she loved him and he believed that, but instead her words and actions during and outside the stage contradicted each other.,. So I pity him a lot cause at the end they also showed he was always in love with her too but he was never allowed to show that due to the writers being overly cruel to him

Kim Soo Hyun's appearance in Crash Landing on You is literally him being the character from the movie Secretly Greatly. It was absolutely fantastic they thought of the idea to bring that character back as a cameo for that drama hahaha

Lee Joon Gi's cameo was hilarious. Not only he was with IU in Moon Lovers but they also referenced to drama "The Guest" with the exorcism. I love both dramas and was laughing so hard at this part.
Kim Soohyun hands down the best cameo ever! The top 3 of cameo is literally own by him through dramas like Hotel Del Luna and Crash Landing On You and also movie like Miss Granny. These cameos from him makes me scream because he is so good and the duality of him is insane.

some of the cameos are even more special and funny cause it actually link for something, for the people who doesn't know: Suzy - she cameo as Go Hyemi (her character in Dream High), and she was saying he looks like her ex, Sam Dong (Kim Soo Hyun's character in Dream High) 😭 Lee Joon Gi - this one is pretty obvious, they were leads in Scarlet Heart but also Man Weol (IU) calls him Park Il Do in HDL which is a ghost name in The Guest, two in one cameo lol. Jin Goo - He is the voice actor of Yeongshil (Start Up's Alexa) which comforted Jipyeong through out the drama, his physical cameo is suprising cause no one knew he would appear. Kim Soo Hyun in CLOY - He was not playing a random dude here, it's actually his character from one of his movie Secretly Great, a spy from North Korea who pretended to be a fool (really great movie btw)
lee joon gi in hotel de luna is so amazing! I remember screaming and laughing so hard when i saw the whole scene. Also Kim soo hyun's is also so amazing, he got me wishing for a 2nd season so hard!!!
