Please do your best to restore this bike, which is valuable even in Japan, where the manufacturer is located.

Dude those top end and bottom end bearings sound totally shot. Save yourself a lot of time, money, and headache and replace all of them. Do a full rebuild. I'd suggest balancing the crankshaft while you're at it. Its not expensive and when that bike is running like tits on ritz you'll be happy you did
