Keeley Construction | Sullivan Bank 

Keeley Construction had the honor of bringing Sullivan Bank's new building in St. Clair, Missouri to life. A new 6,200 SF branch for the bank is situated on a very prominent corner that required the purchase and
consolidation of three lots and procurement of land from
both the city and the state. Keeley Construction
developed a plan to utilize this very challenging site, due to
existing utilities and grade issues.
The new building has a large Community Room for local
use, and the branch includes a clerestory element to bring
more natural light into the space. In consultation with the Keeley Team, the Bank elected to use a traditional teller
line due to the characteristics of the local market.
