I think Muta might have been responsible for Tommy (hopefully) getting paid. I may be wrong but after Muta said he got caught up on the situation and mentioned the "dead to rights" Keem said he would pay Tommy.
Lots of people stood up for Tommy. Tommy was smart. He didn’t go nuts. He used the internet to hurt the one thing Keem cares about the most which is his credibility.

By the end of it, when Muta came on Keem agreed to pay Tommy. It seemed Muta was partially on Keems side at first but after talking to Tommy he got the full picture. So Muta intensified pressure on keem. And other big creators like him may have done videos on Keem not paying
That’s something a salty broke person would say. Keemstar would have been successful no matter what. He succeeded in making multiple channels, made big money working at an attorney’s office, made it big with fortress craft etc
I’ve been following these guys for like 15 years and What is true is that Keemstar MADE Tommy. Baited gave tommy 35k subs and LOLCOW gave him another 10k. Without keemstar, tommy would be changing diapers relying on his wife the breadwinner, making streams about hockey like he was in 2016.
Tommy is only getting fired because Keem can't control him. Boogie and Wings are subservient to him. Wings because of the money aspect and Boogie for the cash and the clout. Tipples literally degraded himself multiple times on camera for Schemestar. Keem is a shady used car salesman above anything. Dude has no integrity or morals. I was completely agreeing with Keem while watching the last Lolcow (before the discord stream I didn't watch because I'm not a member) but the more I think about it while watching this (32min in ATM) I can't help but come to the conclusion that unless you were specifically told "you will not get paid during your vacation" or "you only get paid when you are on camera" while being a "25% owner" you *should* be paid. I get what Keem is saying "you didn't host these days. You didn't work." But unfortunately he didn't have a problem with the situation when you told him your vacation was coming nor while you were even on vacation. He might want to learn from this or think ahead in the future but the right thing to do is to pay. I do agree with Keem that it's an easy job thousands of people wish they had an opportunity to do for a living (hell, I'm one of those people) & while I personally would have taken the 2hrs to host while on vacation (provided I was able due to WiFi & etc) because I'd be *extremely thankful* to be in your position..that is absolutely irrelevant specifically because those were not the terms either of you agreed on. Keem knew you were going & wouldn't be on camera. Pay unexpectedly went through the roof & he doesn't want to part with more than he absolutely has to it seems at this point. I've come to notice with Keem that he seems to like to cut pay after the fact. I'm pretty sure he did it with Conner. I mean Conner didn't do the work (which again I'd have done everything fn possible to have & keep that job) but Keem didn't say "you only get paid if you do exactly these things" or just the fact that in a real corporation & they decided to fire you on (for example) Aug 1st they can't go back & change your pay for July's pay period. That's why things like vacation time & personal time are set up & terms are set during the hiring process. You don't hire someone & then change the terms later on because you decided you didn't like how something went down. And I'm not one of these "Tommy C is so great" I like Tommy but when it comes to Lolcow Keem is a significantly better host..but I don't let that determine what is fair & unfair.
Well tommy and wings were the only reason i watched lolcow in the first place i was already hesitant to keep watching with how much they milked boogies fake cancer for money i probably won't watch lolcow anymore which sucks cuz it had so much promise at first

I watched Nick stream sniping the Discord stream, and noticed they were auditioning lolcows for the third chair. The show doesn’t work with 3 cows, I don’t think Wings is there yet to take your spot being the normal guy that grounds the other hosts. Their show’s done without another host. Ah well, it was good run. At least I have SFTP to listen to at work now.

DSP had talks with sKaamStar in private and DSP stated publicly that he asked sKaamStar to talk for business via e-mail, not via phone or DM's. this doesn't seem like a guy who doesn't want to talk about business, it's the opposite.

I'm gonna be entirely unbiased and then give an opinion but in Florida (not new York where I presume the show is based since it's keens show) though in pretty sure both new York and Florida are states that can fire for anything anytime and it's very common for people's time off to go unpaid vs it actually being paid. So if tommy didn't work by the average American standard whatever he didn't work should not be paid, HOWEVER. if other people missed and got paid then the previous statement is void anyways especially if he has an approved vacation. If it wasn't made clear in advance that only a certain amount of missed days will be covered by the show. Truth is this info is actually supposed to be made clear before accepting a job. It sounds like tommy didn't even have any advance notice about the pay dock and therefore despite the first statement where tommy technically is not owed anything is again rendered useless based on events that have transpired. Now my new personal opinion legalities aside, tommy was supposed to be keens friend right? Why on earth won't a friend want to pay his friend even if they parted ways amicably over the disagreement of the NDA. I absolutely love keemstar! But .. I think he made a mistake. It dies show that he really isn't Tommy's friend and Nicholas d'orio is my favorite RU-vidr after Augie left and i feel bad that keem tried the "you know who else is supposed to be my friend, you nick" Nick has to clarify he's not attacking keem cause he is his friend but he's in the middle and doesn't agree. @@benjisdad16 If I remember correctly, there wasn't even a contract, Keem could easily pay him out of pocket. I'm guessing the pay is percentage based on the episode's earning because if it's not, this is extremely irresponsible on Tommy's part.
It’s 25% of what the channel made the previous month which is then paid out to Keem since he is the channel’s owner. He then disperses the payments to the other 3 based on lolcow’s income for that month.
