आप खाना बहुत बेहतरीन और लजीज बनाती है। बस एक बहुत भारी कभी है के आप खाना प्रेशर कुकर मे बनाती है। शायद आपको मालूम नही है के प्रेशर कुकर मे खाना पकता नही है, खाने के न्युटिशन ब्रेक हो जाते है, और एल्युमीनियम मे पका खाना हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत हानिकारक होता है क्योंकि एल्युमीनियम खाने के साथ घुल कर हमारे पेट मे जाकर हमारे ऑर्गनस को खराब कर देता है, इससे ब्लड प्रेशर अल्सर हार्ट फेल ऑखो का कमजोर होना बालो का झडना और समय से पहले सफेद होना होता है, आज इस एल्युमीनियम और प्रेशर कुकर की मेहरबानी से हर घर मे ये बिमारी अपना घर बना चुकी है। 🙏🙏🙏
looks tasty but i wont eat it as i tasted once when i was very young and i still have that biter taste in my mouth :) and tabhi ghar par karela tabhi buntay hain jab mein nahi hota hon ... but i will share this recipe with my mom as she and my dad love karela...Allah bless you
