KEEMA NAAN
Keema naan is an Indian flatbread with a spicy lamb mince filling. While a plain naan is richer and butterer than conventional bread, it's got nothing on keema naan. Oil 2 tbsps
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Mutton Mince 1/2 kg
Onion 1 medium size
Cilantro 50 g
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3-4
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Cumin 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DOUGH
Water 100 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp
Active Dry Yeast 7g
All-Purpose Flour 500g
Salt 2 tsp
Yogurt 150 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Water 150 ml
Butter 50 gms
Coriander leaves few
